Overview

On-Demand Billing

On-Demand Billing allows you to continue using the platform after your included compute credits are exhausted.

EnabledUsage continues and is billed at on-demand rates
DisabledPlatform access pauses when credits are exhausted
Toggle On-Demand Billing to control whether you want automatic continuation of service.
With On-Demand Billing enabled, charges can accumulate based on usage. Monitor your Usage page regularly to track spending.

Payment Methods

Add payment methods to enable billing for seats and on-demand usage.

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Click + Add Payment Method
  2. Enter your credit card or payment details
  3. Confirm the payment method
Payment information is securely processed and stored by our payment provider.

Managing Payment Methods

  • Set a default payment method for automatic billing
  • Remove outdated payment methods
  • Update card details when cards expire

Invoices

The Invoices section displays your billing history with the following information:

Downloading Invoices

Click Download next to any paid invoice to get a PDF for your records. Invoices include:
  • Itemized charges (seats, on-demand usage)
  • Service period
  • Payment details
  • Tax information (if applicable)
